The Dolomites, with its dramatic and craggy mountain landscape are famed for their unique colors, which are the result of their partial formations as undersea coral colonies before being pushed upward millions of years ago.

The health benefits of yoga and meditation are extensive. Not only does yoga affect the physical aspect of the body, it also addresses the mind and spirit. Daily yoga exercises are a great way to relieve stress and can bring a sense of well being to your life. Yoga can also help ease aches and pains in the body, as well as improving flexibility and breathing techniques. Meditation also has massive health benefits, and allows us time to spend by ourselves, without being at the constant beck and call of others. Spending even 15 minutes meditating can massively reduce stress levels, and help rejuvenate the mind and body. Add this to relaxing walks through the stunning scenery the Dolomites provide really will allow you to completely relax.
